CartGenie QBi, QuickBooks Integration, is an add-on to our CartGenie Shopping Cart Software. CartGenie QBi enables you to send an order from CartGenie Desktop Engine directly to QuickBooks in order to create an invoice. The result, you no longer need to manually create an invoice which saves time and avoids invoice errors.
- Easily configure CartGenie Desktop Engine to send orders to QuickBooks using the QuickBooks Configuration Manager.
- After receiving new order open the Billing Manager and click the Send to QuickBooks button to create invoice. CartGenie will store the invoice # and invoice date in the Billing Manager for future reference.
