applications to operate within a SharePoint environment. J Street

Access Services allows you to publish Access Databases to SharePoint
and use SharePoint as a platform to serve various forms and web pages.
Not only are users able to share and publish their databases, IT can
centralize these solutions on the single SharePoint platform — a centralized,
stable, and backed-up environment. In SharePoint 2010, users now have the ability to publish,
share, and deploy Access databases to SharePoint. The big advantage?
Instead of Access delivered on one individual's desktop, Access Services
offers solutions delivered over a Web browser. At the end of the day,
this means improved governance, deployment, and managability.
