In every project we pride ourselves on becoming industry experts — whether we're working with a well-established global brand or a smaller, specialized business. One of the more niche industries we've served is label manufacturing. Richmark Label, a maker of custom product labels, came to J Street worried that their 20-year-old system was prone to failure with no support available.
We assessed their requirements across the entire business and built a complex custom web application — integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM and QuickBooks — that several departments now use to efficiently quote, process, and deliver custom product labels for commercial customers across the US.
