Providence Health & Services, a large hospital network, was in need of overhauling their old system of importing and researching financial transactions. The old system was no longer viable—endless workarounds and complex spreadsheets were causing significant delays. Stakeholders saw the opportunity to start from scratch and design a robust, highly-intuitive web application, and restructure their workflows for transaction research.
