SmarterMail: Spam Filtering

Summary: You can set up detailed Spam filtering in SmarterMail to automatically delete emails from any email address.  We caution you to not set your spam filters too high or some of your “real” customer emails may end up being placed in your Spam folder or deleted (depending on the settings you choose).  Here are the basic steps to customizing your Spam settings:

1.  Log into your SmarterMail Account.  Click on the Settings Icon, Then Choose Filtering> Content Filtering> New

Now you can decide what criteria to use for this rule.  When you are done, click the Next button:

Follow through all the steps and name and save your ‘rule’.
