Microsoft hired us to design a web-based system to manage marketing campaigns, replacing two older systems with one ASP.NET web application and SQL Server database that supports hundreds of users.
The Need
Microsoft's Business Management Operations team needed to consolidate two older marketing-campaign systems into one.
The Solution
J Street designed and developed the Tropics V2 system, replacing both older systems and consolidating their functionality. The complex project spanned thousands of hours of requirements, design, construction, data conversion, testing, and deployment with stakeholders across many teams.
